All papers must be double-spaced and printed (be sure that the toner produces a clear copy). You must use 12 pt fonts and 1 inch margins on all sides. I prefer this font (Calibri) or the standard Times New Roman. Please do not play around with the margins or increase the size of the font. I have written and graded many, many papers, so I know every trick in the book to make essays appear longer. For the 2-3 page research paper, you will have to select a topic that corresponds to the first eight (8) weeks of the History of Puerto Rico syllabus.
