The new phone is packed with features. Your job is to capture a list of these features and then convert them into benefits. Since there are many features, I will be

happy with a list of 5 meaningful features.

As a marketer your job is to convert these features to meaningful benefits for different customer segments. While we don’t have specific data on Apple’s customer

segments, this is a universal product, so you can make some assumptions. Please document your assumptions to support your case. If you decide to do additional research
