The education plan must include education strategies and content for delivery. The following format is suggested:

With reference to evidence based literature, discuss the education strategies you would utilise to deliver this group education session. This should incorporate learning goals, identification of learning needs, teaching and evaluation strategies and environmental and socio-cultural considerations.
3. Content of the session

Discuss the content of, and the supporting evidence for, your education session in relation to:
a. Prevention of the medical emergency
b. Helping the patient group recognise the early signs and symptoms of a potential medical emergency
c. Actions the patients should take when those early signs and symptoms develop

4. Conclusion

In 100-200 words, summarise the content of the essay, emphasising the most significant factors that must be considered in providing education for this particular group of patients.
