Most of individuals that I interface with every day derive from communications at work and along the commute. When I began the list, it did not take me long to think of 25 contacts. While examining the list I found myself considering even more names that could be included. This made me consider the various kinds of individuals that must work collaboratively to ensure the success of the school. I additionally incorporated the brilliant day by day communications with my Concordia peers and professors.

These interactions form both a network and family. In some cases, working with such a significant number of diverse individuals can be difficult, but everyone has an important role and I believe everyone should be respected for their part in accomplishing the goals of the school. The majority of the individuals I associate with have the shared objective to ensure the success of the school. It is truly amazing to be a part of this network of roles and partnerships that make teaching students possible.
