List three ways in which change can impact your leadership at work and two ways change can impact your leadership at home or in your personal life? 

Guided Response: Your initial post should be at least 200 words in length.  Support your claims with examples from the course textbook and other scholarly resources. Properly cite any references (see Writing Center for guidelines). Respond substantively to at least two of your classmates initial posts.

1. Leadership Theory

Select three leadership theories and explain how you will implement those theories in your leadership style. Be sure to include specific examples and articulate how the theory influences the outcome.
