In Lesson 9, on slides 11-12, six “essential conditions of organizational effectiveness” were introduced. For each of them, what happens when it is “missing”? How would you fix the problem in each case? Consult Slides 14-20 of the Lesson 9 Power Point Presentation for reference to do this exercise. By the way, notice that, in writing these down, you will have written a partial job description for what “leaders” do.

Your response to your classmate’s discussion needs to be substantive, meaning it should add something new to the original comment, including a level of depth that enriches the discussion (i.e. reflecting on their response, applying their comment to the workplace, the literature, etc.).
• Your professor will reply to student posts and may also ask questions of the student/s, please be vigilant and address his or her concerns by replying back to your professor’s comment to your post to acknowledge understanding.
