This is a 2 part reflective report answering 2 different questions linked to the discussion of Goldman Sachs on Corporate Governance in a forum by students.
*VERY IMPORTANT* Attached will include the outline for the report, and also a file containing the discussion from students commenting on Goldman Sachs’s happenings and events from the news in the past year, trying to relate to corporate governance.
This report should answer the 2 questions individually stated in the outline. Additonal references may be used, however, if possible, using recent up to date academic references, especially when relating to corporate governance.
The first question is a Law question “What do your researches tell you of the interaction of the directors with other stakeholders, and how does this illustrate the evolving responsibility of directors?â€ÂÂ
The second questions is ‘An analysis of where the case in question demonstrates the application of good / bad corporate governance practices and how different groups of the corporate triangle were taken into account’.
***PLEASE READ BOTH PROJECT OUTLINES & DISCUSSION FORUM*** apart from extracting information directly from the forum, you may bring in some recent updates to the posts, but more importantly, the report is a reflective and analysis report.
***Additional Note***
Corporate Governance textbook used is by Robert Monks and Nell Minow. If possible, use in reference for corporate governance related theories.
Plagiarism is taken very seriously so please reference properly if any from external sources. The plagiarism scan used is turnitin.
As time is very tight, please ask me anything if unsure and based on my response time, I shall see if I could possibily spare a couple more hours.
