- 1. Discuss how you feel your strengths motivate you? How do you use these strengths to continue your motivation?
- 2. Part 1. Think of a behavior you would like to change, something that would improve your academic progress, personal life, or career success. Design a self-management behavioral plan that incorporates two of your strengths (please use the attached results – you may select any) to achieve your target behavior. ***BEHAVIOR that I would like to change: Procrastination**
- Part Two: Detail how you can use your two strengths to make progress and reach your goal. Put the plan you have created into action and record your progress and results for three consecutive units. (Behavior Therapy/Modification)
- 3. The debate regarding nature vs. nurture is deeply rooted and ongoing. Do you believe that it was nature, nurture, or a combination of both that has assisted in your personal development? How do you believe your strengths have played a role in your development? Has nature or nurture had anything to do with the development of your strengths? How? Be sure to provide examples in your response.
- 4. How do you, or can you, utilize your strengths to assist in coping with stress? Which of your strengths do you apply most often when in stressful or frustrating situations?
