The policy makers are the kind of individuals who typically have the power to set the policy structure of a particular organization. Therefore, it is primarily essential for organizations to come up with some policies. An organization which lacks strategies tends to be an organization without control. Therefore, if there existed no formal documented policies in an organization, then the workforce at all the levels will lack proper guidance on how to generate some crucial decisions (Delmon, 2017). Most of the organizations are affected by various aspects of globalization which usually results in low development rate in these organizations.

The marginalized individuals are typically underprivileged along several scopes: they usually belong to the socially excluded groups in the society, they tend to live in the remote and risk-prone localities like in the suburbs in the urban areas. Also, they lack quality edu8cationn and other crucial amenities like efficient and quality healthcare. Therefore, ‘demarginalizing’ the marginalized populace groups necessitates an excellent policy set that typically encompasses general development. Thus this entails coming up and promoting some measures as well as social safety nets to help the marginalized areas. The policy also addresses some structural forces for instance discrimination, human rights deprivation and also the ecological reparations that corrode the resilience of the deprived in the society (Intriligator, 2017). Consequently, addressing this eccentricity calls for combined efforts by the governments, the civil society organizations besides the local and global business community. This policy entails promising some new initiatives for overwhelming marginality by the use of comprehensive business models, for instance, the creation of some ‘Shared Value’ method. However, this policy can reach its full potential if it is accompanied by public investments in infrastructure in the marginalized regions, improved education, and health amenities.
