There has been a problem In monitoring and providing healthcare to the rapid increase of our patients who are suffering from Type 2 Diabetes. Therefore as a clinic we are therefore determined to make develop a new method of monitoring and providing healthcare to these patients which is more effective compared to our current method. Patients with diabetes typically need constant treatment and observation. Our time and energy have been consumed by caring for and monitoring our patients, making it challenging to continue caring for and monitoring our patients. This has resulted in some of our patients acquiring more severe symptoms from this illness, like dementia, eye issues, and kidney issues (Mitri, 2019). It has also been a difficulty for our medical team, who has had to devote a lot of time and effort to patients who need constant observation. Thus, this initiative will offer a different strategy to assist in remote patient monitoring for those of our patients who do not require hospitalization.

Therefore, people can be taught to observe and gauge the symptoms, but they will always be defective and unable of recognizing any alarming signs. As a result, healthcare professionals are actively working to develop better, more dependable ways to monitor people with this illness.

The majority of individuals with this disease manage their problems by making certain accommodations in their daily lives, which may involve dietary and lifestyle modifications in addition to taking particular drugs. In contrast, it is preferable for patients to seek professional help when these patients’ symptoms need to be monitored (Jackson et al., 2021). As of late, this problem is being resolved by routine clinic appointments, during which an expert welcomes the patients and evaluates their problems. However, both the patients and the medical staff must put in a lot of time and effort to treat this ailment. While the former must travel to the clinics and wait to be evaluated, the latter must spend some time away from their patients.
