This is the first effort in a series of projects designed to have you articulate an EISA model and business strategy.

In a 500 to 750 word paper, develop an organization model that depicts key positions, functions and roles for a company or organization.

For each position, function and role, provide a written description including appropriate background and experience.

Use an organization chart to describe the hierarchy of your business.
