Building Leaders
Develop an action plan in which you identify the areas which you need to gain external support for your school. Identify the data you used to arrive at the needs. What support is needed and from whom? How will you affectively advocate for your school? What is the role of parents, staff, the district office in your advocacy? Are there initiatives coming from a source external to the school that should be considered as part of the plan?
