We opened the course with Nick Carr’s well-known and heavily debated Harvard Business Review article “IT Doesn’t Matter†in which Carr argued that IT doesn’t not add to a firm’s competitive advantage. Using the concepts discussed during the course and other sources, discuss whether or not you agree with Carr’s proposition.
