Assignment Critique Frameworks for Research

This week, you will prepare a presentation with PowerPoint. You will create your presentation by using the audio/video capturing tool located in NCUOne. To access the capture tool, follow the tutorial found in your Resources for this Week.

By now, you have read about the various frameworks and theories regarding implementation science, as well as looked at some examples of case studies where different frameworks were used. You have also familiarized yourself with the different general categories of implementation science in which the frameworks might fall.

The purpose of this assignment is to explain to your organization’s stakeholders how you might use three different types of implementation science frameworks in regards to the topic (topic:  Improving of collaboration in healthcare) you chose in the beginning, i.e. in week 1.

Review and reflect on the use of different frameworks in relation to proposed research questions, as well as the impact the different frameworks might have on the implementation of evidence-based practice.

Looking at specific case studies is a great way to really see these frameworks in actual practice. Be sure to list the strengths and limitations of each framework.

Create a video presentation in which you:

·         Locate and describe three different frameworks.

·         Apply these frameworks to the topic you chose in Week 1 (topic:  Improving of collaboration in healthcare).

·         Explain the strengths and limitations of each framework in detail, providing examples where appropriate to illustrate your findings.

Length: 10-12 slides (not including title page and reference page) with a Kaltura recording/voice-over

References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly resources.

The completed assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. The content should reflect scholarly writing and current (7th APA standards). Please, NOTE: the 7th edition of APA STANDARD IS VERY, VERY IMPORTAN.
