Covid 19 Pandemic Social Media Interviews

I want you to survey five people in your life by email or social media. Ask each person all of the questions you see below and see what they say in response. You’ll notice that the survey doesn’t mention biological death directly; it asks who or what did you lose during 2020. They may say something related to death, or they may think about other things happening in their lives. Just say you’re doing this for a class, but don’t volunteer the name of the class, so you get more diverse answers. When you have all five surveys completed, please copy and paste the results into the submission box and upload by Sunday, 11/1.

8. How was your daily routine altered by the loss?
9. From whom did you seek additional advice or counsel?
10. What did they say?
11. Was their advice or counsel helpful?
12. What emotions did you experience during the first month of the loss?
13. How has the loss changed your life?
14. What has helped the most in the time since the loss?

Please write at least 250 words on the following prompt:

“Read through the surveys you collected for Weekly Reflection Eleven. Which survey surprised you the most? Did you know about the loss before you gave the survey? Do you feel we are more likely in 2020 to ‘hide’ our losses from each other because of the state of the world?”
