To me Scientific Management focused more on organizational and different testing or analyzing methods to set new ways to complete tasks and jobs. It also focused on hiring and training the most qualified workers for the job. The idea was to also make sure there was no favorotism shown in the promoting and hiring process. Human Relations uses logic (the most ethical or commonly known way), Knowledge (could be experience), and fairness what should be done on a job and how to meet and helps respond to the needs of a worker. Doing this managers and employees have great motivation to complete tasks and sets day to day operations to run more smoothly.

Internal Enviroment impact.
Working in a Medical Clinic it is important for all departments to communicate with each other to keep the clinic running smoothly. For example patient accounts and retention should always be communicated between front desk, office manager and billing. Patients tend to overlook unpaid balances and this could affect staff and the day to day business. Sometimes patient issues with the services or attitudes of staff . Ordering and mintaining proper and suitable tools and equipment can also have an effect on the overall buisness.
