You may choose from two formats- the standard term paper in which you play the role of expert, or an ethical paper in which you present an ethical dilemma in biology, state your view on that ethical issue, and defend your position using your references. Your completed assignment will clearly state which of these options you’ve chosen and the topic, followed by a thesis statement, introduction to the topic, body of the essay, and a concise conclusion to wrap things up and summarize your answer to your question. Your assignment will be 5 pages long, double spaces, normal font (11 or 12 point), normal margins, not including any illustrations you may choose to include to support your essay. It must be written following the style guidelines set by APA and include at least 5 sources. Of these 5, only one may be a textbook, the rest must be primary literature sources published in peer-reviewed scholarly journals.
