This paper describes the organization’s policy decision making by visualizing the business mappings before they decide on how the new policy works to improve organization growth. The main aim is to provide techniques involved in visualizing the multi-factor scenarios which help to achieve innovative methodologies used during the policy decision making.

Data visualization frameworks analyze the complex data of business mappings and transform them into tables, charts, and graphs highlighting the important data points that can be understood by the stakeholders during the policy decisionmaking. In this paper we’ll be discussing guidelines provided cynefinframework (Contreras, 2019) which categorizes the issues and effects of decisions to the business leaders and qualities provided by an author “The Truthful Art: Data, Charts, and Maps for communication,” (Cairo, 2016), to make the data visualization more effectively.
