| company—within or outside the healthcare industry—with a strong vertical integration process. (Hint: To decide whether a company has a strong vertical integration process, determine how interconnected the company is with its buyers and suppliers.) |

By Tuesday, March 25, 2014, create a PowerPoint presentation, about two to three slides long, outlining the vertical integration process of the company as a flow chart. Detail your flow chart as required to highlight critical aspects of the integration process. You can also use color or graphic coding to identify areas that are strong or weak in the process and provide detailed rationale for your observations in the speaker’s notes.
In your presentation, also include a slide listing the reasons you think the integration process of the organization is near ideal. Provide the justification for your reasons—in the form of interview quotes, your own experiences, and published references—in the speaker’s notes. Submit the presentation to the facilitator and your peers for review by posting it to the Discussion Area by Tuesday, March 25, 2014. Respond to at least two other classmate’s response before the end of the module.
