Review Chapter 2 in Bryson (2011).
Consider the 10-step strategic planning process in the context of the RMP.
The Assignment (3–4 pages):
Apply the 10-step Strategy Change Cycle in Chapter 2 of Bryson (2018) to the Revitalizing Masachapa Project. Identify key stakeholders in the Revitalizing Masachapa Project and analyze the role of each within the Strategy Change Cycle. In particular, determine where stakeholder analysis takes place in the Strategy Change Cycle and analyze the impact of the Strategy Change Cycle on goal and vision formulation.
Support your Application Assignment with specific references to all resources used in its preparation. Use APA style for this and all assignments.
