You are required to develop an international expansion plan for a product or service. The report can be based on, or separate from, the ideas in the group presentation, and should include:
a A description of the product or service
b) A description of the organisational context (whether you are part of a multinational corporation or as a start-up company)
c) A description of the host country

d) An analysis of how the product/service fits with the environment of the host country
e) An analysis of how you intend to enter the host country market, the critical risks involved, and how your plan to mitigate the risks
