AN ANALYSIS OF THE KEY FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE THE LEVELS OF MOTIVATION OF STAFF WITHIN NEXT PLC

The research and analysis project (RAP) consist of two separate document.7500 words research project and 2000 words skills ans learning statement(SLS)  plus powerpoint presentation slide..The topic for the research project is :An analysis of the key factors that influence the levels of motivation of staff within Next Plc.(7500 words).The four questions for skills and learning statement are:
1. Reflect on what you have learnt from the meetings with your project mentor,
including the presentation that you gave to your project mentor?
2. To what extent do you think you have achieved the RAP research objectives
you set?
3. How have you demonstrated your interpersonal and communication skills
during the project work?
4. Reflect on how undertaking the RAP helped you in your accountancy studies
and/or current employment role?
The skills and learning statement must include powerpoint presentation slides.
NB: Please read carefully the file attached to help you write the research project as there is a specific guidelines to follow.

INSTRUCTIONS
1-There must be evidence of having used spreadsheet and/ or other software in preparing research report.
2- The number of source used in the project must be more than one.I just made a mistake when I was filling the instructions page on the website.
