You will research these issues on the internet, and newspapers. Research Proposition 13 and public education funding in California by reading about it. Analyze and evaluate the issue. Write a one-page paper, which shall include the following: Are you in favor or opposed to repealing Proposition 13? Why? Defend your position with factual information. Cite your sources. Which groups and/or political parties support your position? Which groups and/or parties oppose your position?
