- Involve a psychologist in my learning of effective coping mechanisms
- Differentiate between good and bad coping mechanism
- Learn how to handle stressing situations efficiently

Goal-Acquire the relevant health knowledge in a period of four months

- Set at least 30 minutes for reading health-related materials such as books and articles on a daily basis
