1. Exploratory Leadership Interview Paper: Writea 12 – 15 page paper that discusses the resultsof two exploratory leadership interviews. The purpose of this exploratory research assignment is tohelp you to better understand the relevance of having a guiding leadershiptheory, as you begin your doctoral studies. You will do this by interviewing atleast two people whom you consider to be leaders, and by analyzing yourdiscussions with these people.  Only useone theory be sure it is from a primary source.
