So, basically, Nevada says it is legal to intentionally discriminate against men when it comes to charging entry fees to nightclubs. In other words, it is legally permissible for a nightclub to charge men a $40 entry fee but to allow women to enter for free. That decision is based solely on gender. Is Nevada’s law actually legal?
