 1) Identify and comment on two companies that use/value HR differently.

A) Speculate briefly, on why there might be thee differences?

B) Briefly comment on what, in your opinion, should be HR’s role in an organization?

C) What additional skills/competencies will HR need for 10 years from now? Name two and indicate why.

 RW 2) Do a bit of research on differences in ‘business practices’ and ‘culture’ for a non-U.S. country of your choice. Find and discuss TWO differences that would be illegal in the U.S.
