2                    Compare the intake of vitamin A on your nutritional analysis with the RDA.  If your intake is below the recommended amount, list some foods you could include in your diet to increase your vitamin A intake.

3                    List the RDA for vitamin D.

4                    Compare the intake of vitamin D on your nutritional analysis with the RDA.  If your intake is below the recommended amount, list some foods you could include in your diet to increase your vitamin D intake.

5                    List the RDA for vitamin E and explain what the unit AT refers to.

6                    Compare the intake of vitamin E on your nutritional analysis with the RDA.  If your intake is below the recommended amount, list some foods you could include in your diet to increase your vitamin E intake.
