Create a corporate compliance plan consisting of no more than 2-3 pages for Wal-Mart Stores Inc.

Note that a corporate compliance plan is a plan discussing potential legal and regulatory risks (in certain areas) faced by Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and will discuss how those risks can be mitigated and/or eliminated. Focus your plan on the following areas:

  The plan must identify legal risks and the applicable law and discuss how such risks will be mitigated and/or eliminated. Format your Corporate Compliance Plan as if you were going to distribute the Plan to the officers and directors of the chosen Team Corporation. Outline the prevention and management guidelines of the legal aspects listed above. Discuss the use and implementation of an enterprise risk management plan based on the COSO’s 8 interrelated components to manage the legal risks presented in the Team plan.
