Job Design

Select one key concepts from the list below for your Discussion response. Be sure to identify the name of the organization.

• How did your selected organization implement labor-planning policies? What issues confronted the leadership team? Be specific about labor policies they implemented.
• Describe the major issues in job design in the context of your organization. How do these issues decrease the performance and productivity of the worker for your selected organization?
• Defend the use the tools of methods analysis in the current workplace. How does this analysis benefit the efficiency for your selected organization?
• Should every organization throughout the entire world use the same labor standards? Why or why not? Give specific labor policy examples as you explain your rationale.
