Use Courier report and Internet sources to, prepare a PowerPoint presentation of 3 slides(which does not include the title page and reference page) that justifies your strategic decisions for Competition Round 1 ( I have attached the courier report needed for pround 1 decisions) and implications for the decisions you are making in Competition Round 2(and then good decision I can make to help round 2) . You will need to provide a brief executive summary “state of the business” slide, a synopsis of the key decisions for each product, the reasoning leading to the decisions, an assessment of the results of those decisions and implications for the next round.

I will attach the slides that need used and example of all the questions needed answered.

THERE MUST BE DETAILED NOTES WITH NUMBERS FROM THE COURIER REPORT IN THE NOTES SECTION OF THE SLIDES……
