• Experience in an office environment or providing customer service.
• Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Publisher (Microsoft Office) and Adobe.

• Ability to take meeting minutes; proficiency in spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
• Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel: enter data with attention to detail and minimal errors.
• Working knowledge of office equipment e.g. printers, copiers, scanners and fax.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.

PREFERRED COMPETENCIES (DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS)

• An Associate degree or higher in Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Two years of office or customer service experience requiring frequent written and verbal communication with staff and the public.
• Experience in higher education enviro
