Client interview Written
Benchmark testing see what information is out there, for example world records and age averages.
Video analysis of the pre training performance provide a video and information on the breakdown of the skill. 30 seconds max (Check file type under Key information)
Make reference to current strengths and areas to develop make sure you use appropriate terminology.
Task 2: (AS COACH) (Bi, Bii, Aii)
Identify the challenging but obtainable goals one physical goal and one health goal. Provide information on these goals.
A structured training plan based on the needs highlighted in task 1. (4 weeks- roughly)
Provide research and Information on the type of training needed to develop these needs.
Include a daily report/journal on how your client is responding to the training – Report on the affect this program is having on these goals Analyze and evaluate progress and make modifications if needed from a discussion with the client.
Include videos or photos of the client performing. Video – 2 x 30 seconds (60 seconds max – Check file type under Key information)
Task 3: (AS CLIENT) (Ci, Ci, Cii)
Results of the 2 chosen goals that YOU DID AS A CLIENT (physical/health)
Include:
Starting point explain where the athlete was at the beginning e.g. talk about their initial technique, positives/ negatives of their athletic event.
Demonstrate progress in skill and technique development.
Include Information and video recording of your end performance showing application of strategies, movement concepts and processing of information (one continuous video 90 seconds max – Check file type under Key information)
Task 4: (Di, Dii, Diii) reflection and evaluation
As coach;
Report on the effectiveness of the plan and the physical and health goals set in task 2.
Analyze the final performance explain if there was an improvement or not + identify why?
Explain the strategies used to enhance the working relationships what did you do to make this work?
As client;

Points to remember:
oKeep each task separate dont mix them
oMake sure the final piece is one whole document
oMake sure you have tick boxed everything in each task
oMake sure it is easy to read (and mark)
oIf including videos make sure the link is clear to see and working. (if they cannot be opened that is your responsibility)
oMake pictures clear and large enough for the reader to see
oHave a clear section on client dont mix it with the coach.
oMake the goals achievable dont choose a physical and health goal where you wont improve or you cannot measure improvement.
oProvide researched information on the type of training performed + explain why this was chosen.
oMake links to the inquiry questions, global context and key/related concepts.
oThe analysis and evaluation on task 4 is essential look at the results and identify why the results are what they are + explain what you could have done differently. For example, was the designed program a success or not + why? You can discuss external influences such as injuries, diet, time of day, relationship with partner etc. Make sure you do this for you (client) and your partner (coach).
oGraphs and diagrams could be used to show before and after performance
oReference work accordingly like any other subject
oInclude a bibliography
oMust wear PE kit, or wear a bib + refer to your client as my client in the green bib
