Intrafamilial Violence. 

Learning Objective.  Intrafamilial violence—domestic/sexual violence, etc.—is a national pandemic, and, as one of the article below states, is especially prevalent in police families!

As the articles below demonstrate, this is an especially difficult area for proactive/community policing, in that it requires the responding officers to be at once especially sensitive and  even as they respond to situations in which many officers wind up injured themselves.

Assignment—Do additional research, as appropriate, and submit a five page paper on this issue and how law enforcement agencies are partnering with social service and other agencies. A minimum of 5 resources/ References must be incoorperated into your paper
