Having reflected on my strengths and weakness and need for personal and professional growth, I have outlined the following goals for both my personal and professional improvement and growth:
1. Develop and improve my participatory skills to enable me to create and nurture healthy work relationships with my co-workers. I will improve my personal participatory skills by attending more work and social related functions. I will also listen with greater interests with what others have to say. Further I will also engage with more earnest in informal or formal group communications and experiences.
2. Use my organisational skills to assist others to be efficient and effective. This is while recognizing the need for others to have time to develop their own skills. This will be done by participating more in group talks to be able to contribute my organisational skills while interacting with others as well as volunteering to participate in any duties within the workplace.
3. Acknowledge my own success and accomplishments. This is by maintaining a brag file of complementary notes and others shows of success. I will take more time and attention to listen to praise and respond accordingly. I will ensure that I also keep an ongoing communication with my supervisors about my successes, challenges and opportunities for me to grow.
My goals for improvement are tools in focusing what In require in order to improve both professionally and

personally. I believe am well aware of what I currently am, and the areas that I need to improve. This plan will be instrumental in providing the guideline, motivation and opportunity to channel my energies to self improvement.
