The topic for the research project is Function Points. The requirement is to research about Function Points thoroughly using the RMU Library (Find the link on the bottom of the page) or (other sources) and locate a minimum of ten references that could be used to write a research paper on Function Points. From the ten, a minimum of five must be journal articles or white papers that directly relate to Function Points and for which you will develop bibliographic annotations. At least three of the five annotations must be for scholarly (peer-reviewed) journal articles.
Your final written research document must include:
• Title page
• Topic description and rationale for choice ( this may takes two pages )
• Bibliographic annotations for a minimum of five researched journal articles and/or white papers. So in this point you have to write two to three paragraphs for each one of the five researched journal articles and/or white papers. ( this may takes four pages )
• Complete References page that includes a minimum of ten related items

Plus: A separate Summary sheet (very important because I will use it in the Oral Presentation) And I will give you an example of Summary Sheet that for another subject so you can know to how it should looks like.

Summary Sheet – One physical page (front and back) handout that highlights most important points of your topic. Must include a list of additional and useful references (using APA 6.0 for the reference list) related to your topic. Consider formatting for appeal, such as newsletter, multi-column bulleted lists, bi-fold or tri-fold pamphlet, incorporation of graphs if appropriate, etc.

Oral Presentation – Week 6 class meeting, informal presentation in the form of an oral discussion. Explain main content from your handout (summary sheet printed for each class member is required).

STEPS and SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Research your topic thoroughly using both your textbook, the RMU Library, and any other sources to become more familiar with your topic. Choose a minimum of five articles you think appropriate.
