The civil liability of the informed consent ( cpmparing study between the law in US and the law in Saudi Arabia ).
I wrote you some notes so I need you to follow them exactly please .. In the introduction please get my idea from my words here but please I need you to do your best in this thesis because this is my final thesis for my master degree and after that I want to apply for Sjd program and for sure they will ask me about my thesis.. So please do your best because my target one of the top schools in the US! Also for sure if I got high grade in my thesis for sure am going to ask you to help me with my proposal for my SJd! And all my terms papers in my Sjd program.
My thesis topic about the civil liability of the informed consent. In my thesis, I want you to use a comparative analysis between the laws here and in Saudi Arabia.
For my SJD, I am contemplating a focus on the medical mistakes and the torts in Islamic law in juxtaposition to the laws governing medical care in the US; In my opinion the torts in Islamic law are confusing. So I truly look forward to any recommendations or leads you suggest and from this thesis I can start with.
As I told you my thesis topic about the informed consent but I want to focus on the civil liability of the informed consent because the name of my program in my master is Comparative law so I have to compare between my country and here.. The Duty of Treatment Relationship and the torts if is it possible or talk about the civil liability on Informed consent or anything related to the liability on informed consent! .. I didn?t chose exact topic or interesting topic yet but please choose good topic and don?t be general please..Think about something interesting so I can focus more on my SJd because it should be related to my thesis! In my Sjd am thinking of Compensation medical errors between Islamic law and the law here! For sure I want you to follow the guide that I attached for my thesis even if not for this class because the one that I attached for my International Environmental Law seminar course and mine is the thesis for my master but the same rules except the footnoting I need it to be at least 6 no less than 6 per page and in some pages 7 or 8 is good. Also the pages I need them at least 35 pages.
I chose this topic because its very important topic in my country and few people wrote about it even many of them are having wrong understanding about the real meaning of the informed consent and I think the professionals of healthcare are misunderstanding about it too and they don?t follow the law with their patients and they need to learn the real meaning and the applicable law. Also there is many medical mistakes or medical errors because of the informed consent!
I want you to put sample of Thesis Acknowledgement and I want to thank my father and my mother and my brothers and sisters and my fianc?e .. also my father?s friends .. also my advisor In the school and all my friends who helped me and supported me.
I attached many files .. will help you to understand what I want from you also I need you to read carefully those files:
– 11 eng file which is Law of Practicing Healthcare Professions in Saudi Arabia. I think the articles that related to the inform consent are 5,9 (A), 18, ?19?. And I want you to focus on article 26 ( talk about the civil liability) and 27 talk about torts if any mistakes happen ! in the recommendation of this thesis I want you to say something about the article 33 because my recommendation which is going to be in the end of this thesis ( you should write many recommendations ) is to keep this panel called the Sharia Medical Panel separate from Minster of Health or any Misters because we need to control all the professionals even the doctors who works under Minister of Health and if they make mistakes the panel going to come after them!
– Nj ; take a look at this file and you understand what I want my thesis to be.
– Informed consent in Saudi**
– Session 4.
– Health Care Law session 2
– viewcontent 11.
As I said, my thesis about the civil liability of the informed consent. In my thesis, I use a comparative analysis between the laws here and in Saudi Arabia.
