The case is in the uploaded file. It’s due at 12/5 1pm PST
I had uploaded all the ppt about this course
Introduction: You should provide a brief summary of the main points of the newspaper article (NOT an analysis) that is the basis of your research topic.
Background: Present a brief background of the topic involved in your discussion. This means that, depending on your topic, you should briefly present the firm/market/product/market shares/competitors.
Strategy Concepts: You should provide the main concepts learned in class that will be used in your analysis. Make sure you also highlight how you expect that they shed light on your chosen topic. Keep in mind that the analysis of the main topic of the article should have links to economic theory and critical thinking. Graphs and photos should be presented in the Appendix unless they are crucial for the discussion.
Evidence/Discussion: Your arguments should be supported by evidence, which can be either data that you collect/compile, or some kinds of facts that are already proved. You may introduce and discuss many competing arguments, but you must offer your own judgments on these views of points. Eventually you should develop your arguments and have sufficient evidence to support them.
Concluding Remarks: Conclusions are not a summary. They are the last part of a chain of reasoning, the opinion formed after investigation or thought. The conclusions are thus an outcome of the work, an extension of the results and discussion. In contrast, a summary is a brief statement covering the substance or main points of the entire paper. For this paper, either a conclusions section or a summary, or both, are acceptable.
