My topic is from week 1 which is Technological Determinism / Cultural Materialism (Cultural Determinism). I have uploaded the slides and prescribed reading for that week. I need you to source a scholarly article that relates to this week/material and write the review of it.

The review should:

Summarise the main points and arguments put forward by the author (3 marks)
Discuss how the chosen article enhances your personal understanding of the ideas / debates / arguments contained within it (2 marks)
Relate the chosen article back to some of the ideas / issues / debates raised in one of the readings so far in this unit (3 marks)
Be appropriately referenced and presented (2 marks).
