Briefly discuss the following statement, “It is not the union that organizes employees, it is management”. Do you agree? Why or why not?

What is the basis of this somewhat tongue in cheek statement? Consider organizational cultures and management philosophies that would or would not result in employees wanting to unionize. Share a relevant observation about your own organizational environment or one with which you are familiar.

Is an employer required to have bulletin boards at the work place?

If an employer did not provide bulletin boards at the work place, would employees have a right to provide and mount their own bulletin boards?
