You should discuss one case (an organization or a role model) with your professor and submit a detail report. Preference will be given to a case belonging to your own organization, or one from the UAE or Middle East region. (Alternatively, professor can assign you a comprehensive case and you will analyze the case per instructions)

You are expected to tease out the key learning points from your readings and conduct your analysis in the context of a real-situation. For example, apply the model or concepts you have learnt in a real-case (company), and draw conclusions. You are expected to compare and contrast the situation in one company to another ?ideal company” you have read about in your readings (for example, Toyota, 3M, Apple, GE). You need to identify the gaps (cultural, skills, leadership, structural) and propose some solution in the light of your reading of the literature. Indeed the assignment expect you to select a company (may be your own) and discuss the issues “how the process of innovation is managed in the company” ( from cultural, skills, leadership, structure, HR rewards & incentives point of view). You can keep the name of the company anonymous calling it as Company X, or Case Company in your report.
