RE: EXPLANATION FOR THE MISCONDUCT OF A DRIVER TO A CONCERNED PASSENGERWith reference to the topic mentioned above, I at this moment send my request for an explanation from the Customer Service Manager for a misconduct of one of your drivers last Saturday. I am a frequent customer of Megabus. The 0730hrs bus had a schedule to make five stops before arriving at its destination in Montreal at 1130hrs. Instead, after making four stops as per the schedule while picking passengers, the driver drove to a destination that was not in the schedule.The diver who has a notorious behavior of living passengers stranded at a roadside snack hut left me at the snack bar without a headcount and a warning toot to alert all the passengers that the bus was living. The snack bar was so isolated than any other place in the country. The next bus station was 25 kilometers away from the bar. One of the snack bar operators who helped me catch up with the bus using his car informed me that this was a second time in one week he witnessed the driver leaving a passenger stranded at their place. Fortunately, we got the bus at the fifth station where the bus was scheduled to stop. Surprisingly, the driver did not even apologize for his misconduct that cost me ten dollars.On behalf of other customers, I am requesting for a vivid explanation and appropriate measures the company has in place to correct such misbehaviors from its employees.
