Intangible Content-Oriented Outcomes

Bryson (2018) argues that the most obvious outcome is the tangible, content-oriented outcome represented by a strategic plan. However, intangible process-oriented outcomes are just as vital. For example, tangible outcomes might include formal procedural requirements and expectations from key stakeholders. Intangible factors such as organizational culture, or how the organization or community relates to the broader environment, are equally important.

Post by Day 4 an explanation of the importance of both content- and process-oriented outcomes with the strategic planning process, using evidence from the readings as well as your own experiences.
