Therefore, to ensure that one wins an interview, a job applicant needs to communicate with a positive tone and remain confident. Confidence helps one better manage nonverbal cues. These nonverbal cues include maintaining eye contact, smiling, and correct posture. After the job interview, an applicant should ensure that they close professionally. It involves sending a professional email to thank the interview panel for the opportunity granted. This action shows genuine interest in the company.
