In the past, many firms could use voice over internet protocol (VoIP). The study shows that, communication was very poor. It is true that, this kind of technology was not an option for most businesses since it was annoying to get call drops again and again. However, VoIP improved and the use of Skype has become more reliable to these businesses. Presently, as long as the organizations’ internet connection is stable, they are able to communicate well with their suppliers or buyers around the world without expecting their calls to get dropped.
