Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami, an Islamic Party of Liberation, is a radical political organization that has posed a lot of threats to the United States. The organization has its operations in 40 countries all round the world and its headquarters are in London. According to Clark, an organization analyzes has three perspectives: function, process, and structure (Clark Robert 2010, 248). Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami composes of 5,000 to 10,000 members with many supporters from the former Soviet Central Asia. Others come from Syria, Pakistan, Indonesia, and Turkey. Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami function is to overthrow the excising political regimes in America and replace them with their own Caliphate. The organization has carried out a number of terror attacks in America and the rest of the world. The Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami process is complicated since it involves bringing together people in the world to make them serve their leader, Sheikh Taquiddin, who is the founder of the organization. Its activities involve carrying out terrorism operations in order to create enmity with United States and this makes it a threat to the country (Ariel Cohen 2003).

Analyzing Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami is a significant hard task because their operations are only known by the members. The members are obliged from telling secrets to the general public. On the other hand, the organization’s culture is very complicated since it composes people from different origins. Moreover, using the target-centric approach to intelligence for analysis faces some barriers. In an effort to developing a different intelligent analysis process the framework finds it hard getting deep in to the analysis (Clark Robert 2010, 250-260). Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami leaders justify all methods against nonbelievers, where murder is not a sin. Intelligent analysts fear interrogating the organization since their law prevents them from giving Americans what they impose towards them.
