Through trust and honesty, the business will be capable of considering ethical treatments to employees, which is of importance in ensuring the empowerment of employees (Murrell and Mimi 72). On the other hand, for the business to ensure that it leads in the connected era, it will need to incorporate the use of emerging technologies in its operations. The use of emerging technologies will help the business in reducing its costs of operations at the global level and fitting in the global competition with other international businesses.
