You have recently been appointed as the training manager forthe southeastern division of a major supermarket chain in the U.S. Yourterritory includes fifteen retail stores and your responsibility involvesworking directly with store managers and other stakeholders to develop trainingsolutions to meet the specific needs of the employees in the various stores.This includes, but is not limited to, performing needs assessments, determiningappropriate instructional design and training delivery methods, andimplementing and evaluating training initiatives.Three of the stores in your territory have missed theirsales goals for the last two quarters. All three stores have received lowcustomer-satisfaction scores and are experiencing increased employee turnoverrates. The high employee turnover has resulted in the store managers hiringmany new and relatively inexperienced sales associates, which furthercontributes to the problem.The senior management team of this major supermarket chainbelieves that training and development may help alleviate these problems. Youhave been asked to assess the training needs and develop a proposal to addressthe situation in the three stores.Tasks:Using scholarly resources and what you have learned, write a5 page training proposal including the following:  Using simpleheuristics, identify the indicators and problems experienced by the threestores that can be resolved through training.   As a part of youtraining proposal, design a training proposal and identify three specifictraining initiatives that you would recommend for these employees.
