TOPIC: Graduation or Employment: The True Measure of Success According to HBCU Graduate Statistics

I understand that post-secondary graduation doesn’t necessarily mean that a person will get a job.This is true for all groups, but the experiences of African American students graduating from an HBCU is be an interesting, narrow perspective. The challenge I’m having is identifying the gap in the research literature and providing justification for the need for more information. It is there, but I need help identifying it.
