Contracts concepts covered in lecture, notes and chapters 11, 12 & 13 of

the text. You are to provide

detailed

answers for a total of

6 questions

as

outlined below. Your answers should completely address the issues that

arise in the question. Be sure to answer the question asked and

explain

the rationale

for your answer using the legal principles and concepts

covered in the course. Be sure to consider and use the complete

“approach” to contract analysis when appropriate.

The Contracts questions are divided into three sections. You are to

answer two questions from each section

. A fourth section contains two

extra credit

bonus questions. These are optional. Remember to submit

your answers typed, double-spaced and in a 12 or 14 point font.
